What We Do
We screen and evaluate patients who are booked for elective procedures, to accomplish the following:
- Optimization of coexisting medical conditions
- Identification and resolution of problematic preoperative issues, to avoid delays, cancellations, and patient harm.
Tools We Use to Accomplish Our Goals
- Printable Screening Form (PDF). This screening tool should be completed by every patient who is booked for an elective procedure which may necessitate administration of an anesthetic. Please print this PDF file for use in your clinic. Instructions are printed on the document itself. This is the tool we use to determine whether or not your patient needs to be seen in our clinic.
